My car broke down in a Aldi Winchester car park, I have spent 1hr.40min waiting for the Rac service. And in a few days I have received Penalty notice. I have returned to Aldi and met Assisted manager Christian, who helped me to cancel that notice. He was confident and professional .I was very grateful.
