Such a bad and frustrating aldo brand is . The customer handling is very poor their executives didn’t know how to deal with customers they even not providing any resolution to the customers. its almost 20 days now no body is listening my concern everytime they are giving me unnecessarily excuses . I have emailed them 1000 of times , every day call but still nobody is providing me any resolution. I am already done with this brand ., they are a fraud and i must say don’t buy anything from aldo through their site .

Trash they think their customers r blind or idiot they send them display pieces in the exchange of paid full amount by customer & their customer service is so rude in chat they think who pack display piece for u is may b pack it by mistake wow Aldo

Bought medium size heel, got broken and aldo claimed it's wear & tear while worn about 6 time. The other pair bought same was not broken. How can they claim wear & tear. Why buy expensive when there is no value.

Subject: Complaint About Rude Assistant Manager Katy Mills – Praise for Rose I came into ALDO on Thursday with my grandson. I come into ALDO often to buy shoes, and I’ve always had good experiences in the past. I had even told my grandson how much I liked shopping here, so he was excited to come in and look for shoes himself. We were helped by a young lady named Rose, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable about the shoes, and helped both my grandson and me at the same time while also assisting other customers. I watched her wait on four customers at once, and she treated everyone with kindness, patience, and respect—including me. She even apologized for how rude the assistant manager had been, even though it wasn’t her fault. Rose acted more like a manager than he did, and she handled the situation with true professionalism. She deserves a raise and has the potential to go a very long way in life or with the company. Unfortunately, the assistant manager ruined the experience. When I asked him for a shoe in my size, he told me he would only get it if I was going to buy it. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Later, when it came time to check out, Rose explained that he was the only one available to ring me up. Because of how he treated me, I refused to let him check me out and decided not to buy the shoes. Whoever hired him should be ashamed—he is not a people person and should not be in customer service. In contrast, Rose went above and beyond. She made me feel important, respected, and valued as a customer. She is exactly the type of employee who should be an assistant manager, not him. As long as this assistant manager is working at this location, I will not return. If I ever come in he better not be there to check me out. If Rose was working at my company she would be running the place. You don't find many people who truly understand the value of being in customer service. Rose is a big asset to this company they do not even know who she really is. Her friendly smile and just having conversation about why I was in there. She showed how important it is to treat a customer. I know she probably wont get a raise but she truly deserve a promotion and good raise. I wish I could talk to district manager. This girl Rose is outstanding. I pray that God bless you with more. You are an amazing young woman I would hire you ASAP. Keep doing what you do for the customers. You are very special.

The worst brand I used 2 bags got spoiled after 8-9 months so they didn’t retire it. I’m fine with that next one got spoiled with in month almost in 7 days but they don’t have options to replace or repair it.

I used to wear Aldo shoes for their durability and reasonable price, but with my last purchase, I realized that quality is now a thing of the past. It’s terrible that a shoe with less than a month of use is already having its “leather” fall apart

Went shopping with a friend Hillcrest mall in Richmond Hill. Let me tell you that CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON POINT! Their customer service was so BRILLIANT that I had to ask if they took a special course to work their. Respect to those employees on Monday after. Respect to Aldo for taking the time to care about their customers. Trust me I AM IMPRESSED & THATS NOT EASY! 👊🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾

I bought the Caraelia -210 in a size 7. Snug fit and a beautiful shoe. The leather feels amazing. Very happy! Thank you Aldo Shoes for a high quality shoe. Hope to purchase another pair soon! Or win the voucher 😉

Very Disappointing Experience at Aldo – Niagara Outlet I purchased a pair of men’s shoes for my 15-year-old son from Aldo at the Outlet about five days ago. He tried them on in the store and wore them briefly at home to see if they would be comfortable for an upcoming special occasion on June 28. After trying them a few times, he told me the shoes were very uncomfortable, especially in the front – too tight and painful to wear for more than ten minutes. I went back to the store to request an exchange or return, but I was shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude of the staff member who assisted me. He examined the shoes in a very strange and accusatory manner and immediately claimed that they had been “worn,” pointing to a crease on the shoe. I explained that my son only wore them inside the house and that the crease is normal since the shoes are made of leather and were only tried on. The employee insisted on refusing the return and continued to argue in a rude and dismissive tone. His customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful. Sadly, this experience has made me lose trust in Aldo. The shoes were uncomfortable, and the customer service was unacceptable. I do not plan to shop here again.

The WORST!!!!! I ordered shoes the same style and brand and size; one pair fits the other doesn’t. I returned and they don’t show my return online. Two days in a row I tried calling and on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I don’t know what kind of business this is but I’ll never buy shoes here again!!

I was a first time buyer and must say, a last time buyer of Aldo. For the price, I would expect this to be almost luxury brand. I ordered two pair of shoes and both pair were clearly worn before. I can’t believe they would even ship the shoes to me. One pair was so bad that it shouldn’t even be used in the store as a display.

Visited a store in Kansas City for the first time! The associates were so helpful in all regards! I got a beautiful pair of heels but noticed there was a defect on the heel when I got home. Went back the next day to return them- store associate Emily Lopez was so kind and helpful in processing my return. Great customer service overall!

Worst quality products, my bag’s handle broke in just 2 usage. Company/customer support doesn’t take any responsibility nor even bothered to ask for images to see what happened. I will lodge a consumer complaint against Aldo

Disappointed with ALDO’s Online Order Handling: I placed an order on ALDO’s official website on May 2, purchasing three pairs of boots, including the Toney boots in black and brown, for an upcoming family wedding later this month. The order was confirmed, and I was charged the same day. Suddenly on May 5, ALDO abruptly canceled two out of the three items, citing they were suddenly out of stock — despite confirming availability and payment three days earlier. This last-minute cancellation has caused unnecessary stress, especially as I let go of other boot options based on ALDO’s confirmation and was relying on their timely delivery. I reached out, only to be offered a generic 15% discount — the same one available to any first-time user — which doesn’t address the inconvenience or the trust broken by this experience. I didn’t just lose boots — I lost time, peace of mind, and viable alternatives for an important event. I hope ALDO re-evaluates how it manages online inventory and considers the real impact of such cancellations on customers who shop with trust and purpose.

I ordered my shoes online. When the shoes were delivered, the shoes were already worn with a clear, visible crease on the shoes and the sides of the shoes were ripped at the seams. This is a very unpleasant experience as a first time buyer from this brand, I won’t be shopping here again.

Do not by online. The worst customer service. This is the first time I've seen a well-known brand literally ignore its customers. They delivered my order without warning or calling me. I complained six days later, and they told me it had been delivered. As a result, my order was lost. I wrote to Aldo, and they literally didn't even bother to respond to my email. Don't buy online; the worst option.
