Uncomfortable! The sole of the sandals I purchased is very hard like a stone, after 1 h of walking your feet will die. I have other sandals and nothing like that ever happened to me, only with those shoes. Terrible and not worth the prize

I have ordered some items from ALDO, one of the items was damaged and the other one was wrong. I have returned the same day. This was a month ago and they still haven’t refunded the money, i have contacted their customer service and every time is the same answer that they are working on it. Very disappointing and no wonder all the negative comments here. Advising everyone don’t order from them. Thanks

I got caught up in the marketing of the "pillow walk" nonsense. Was looking for work shoes as I'm on my feet all day and have been having a horrible time since the sauconys I've loved were discontinued. (I would have kept those forever but they got poison ivy in them, RIP.) Pillow-walk is nonense. I ordered these shoes in three sizes to make sure I got the right fit. The 8/5s were baggy, and the 8s were weirdly snug, but I wore them around my apartment for a few days then bit the bullet, returned the others and wore these in to work for a day. By the end of the day I'm in agony. They're horrible. These aren't leather shoes that need to be broken in, it's knit material with shock resistance that gives out around the four hour mark. I contacted customer service to explain the situation and ask if I could still return these and they said "no but we'll give you site credit!" I said "for more awful shoes? no thanks." Now I'm stuck with shoes worth about $12 and the hunt for shoes that can actually stand up to a full shift on my feet continues.

Certainly! Here's a review you can use: --- I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.

My first online order the warehouse shipped wrong size. Drive back to store to return for refund. cS shipped new pair offered 25 percent discount and expedited shipping on April 24. Still don't have shoes 5 days later. Daughter dress fitting in 6 days. Local store doesn't have her size. Calling CS on Monday. This is unacceptable service. Will never shop here again!

I am quite disappointed with ALDO. I ordered online a low heel shoes for New Year ceremony. i picked up in the store and when i went hime and tried it i noticed bith pairs were for one foot. It was lack of irresponsibility towards the customers. I could not use the shoes and it was just waste of time.

I bought this pair of shoes directly from the ALDO store in Park Royal West Vancouver for my wife. The next day my wife didn't like the shoes and I decided to return the shoes, but unfortunately the store manager treated us very badly and insisted that we used the shoes despite all the evidence and photos we had of the shoes when we bought them. Um, he had the rude security call and leaving our shoes on the floor outside the store while we were talking to security, they have poor quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.

I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.

The worst service I have ever seen. Product never get delivered on time and delivery partner update that, they tried to delivered 3 times. No one tried to call us nor anyone came to my home. When I called Company representative, she said that they are unable to help as they are also dependent on Delivery partner. If anyone want to buy go at store, never buy online.

Horrible Customer Service! No one returns emails, unable to reach a live person via their Customer Service line. I returned a pair of shoes that I can't wear at 64 days( Unable to stretch them and they are so uncomfortable) to the Hillcrest Mall store only to be told that their policy is 60 days. I bought them on-line, paid for them immediately but didn't receive the shoes for a week so if you want to get technical ...yes it is still 60 days!! They would not accept the return and no one from Head Office is reachable! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I bought 4 pair of aldo shoes over a period of 18 months, 2 pencil heels, one flat sandal, one loafer, all are ill made. I am a habitual pencil hill wearer in summers and formal shoes in winters. The straps have hurt my feet, wounded literally in one day of wear both times, The shoe has hurt the back of my feet again a wound. You have lost a customer who gave you chance to perform 4 times.

Bought 4 pairs of shoes from Houston Galleria. 2 regular price and 2 at 40 percent off, as that was the promotion. One pair had to be exchanged a day later because didn’t fit properly and the store manager on duty was the rudest and most unhelpful person. I asked if I can use the same promotion and the answer was no. I had to pay regular price regardless of the signs all over the store and regardless of my receipts. So I returned the item and didn’t exchange it . I’m a business owner and if my crew is so unhelpful and rude, they ll not be employed for long. Very disappointing experience!!! Do not buy from this company !!!

Listen for anyone who want to purchase shoes online I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT. I placed an order on Feb 6, 2023 that was suppose to have arrived Feb 15, 2023. As of Feb 16, 2023 the order has not been shipped out. I started doing a little research about aldo.com and reading reviews. I saw all the RED FLAGS from the reviews. There is no way to contact aldo by number. The number that's listed will not be what you want and there is no way to press for associate. they do have live chat but it's a possibility you will be waiting for 30-50 minutes. I went an read the reviews they all had the same issues I experienced. When I chatted with someone via chat I canceled my ordered that had not been shipped. The lady told me she can do it as an exception. I asked why she thought it would be an exception if it was Aldo fault. she told me "It is an exception, as stated on the website, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it". Also, PLEASE copy and paste your live chat to hold for your records. I literally have 3 different folders of live chats. If the shoes are not in the store please, please do not place an order online

What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost and one month late I had to look for it, I had to run around the whole street to find it as it was left with a neighbour but courier wrote the wrong door number, impossible to talk on the phone or chat with customer service as there is nonexistent, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait for my refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from you.

This is one of the worst stores I have ever shopped at for customer service! You can almost never get through on chat because even their computers don’t work! Then, when you call in the middle of the day, they say they’re done for the day! You can’t get a hold of him. I’ve lost a shipment, I have no idea where it is and I cannot contact them! Do not buy from Aldo shoes.

I have ordered size 8 for rings and they sent me size 5 and with stone missing and when I called customer services they said we cannot do anything because it is a online order done in store and now what the size is out of stock online too. Even calling a customer service is a total waste of time. Not going to order again
