“I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of dissatisfaction regarding a purchase made at your Aldo store Sahara Centre . I bought a pair of shoes, and unfortunately, they have become damaged within just one month of use. I have tried reaching out to your customer service team Diera city Centre and they refused. Furthermore, I am disheartened to report that my claim for a refund or replacement has been refused. I have attached photos of the damaged shoes for your reference. I trust that my concerns will be addressed promptly, and I look forward to a resolution to this matter at the earliest convenience.”

“Defective shoes that completely fell apart within a few weeks and terrible customer support that is hard to contact and only gave a partial refund for shoes that were clearly defective. Aldo used to be better. Whoever is running the show over there now should be fired.”

“Bought shoes from James at the Fourseason mall in Greensboro had them for one hour took those back when I bought them. I left the box with him went back the hour later he said he did not have the box would not do a refund very very, very rude do not ever buy shoes from James and Greensboro at the shoe store there”

“I purchased a pair of Aldo shoes three months ago from Templeton Mall, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. Despite being gentle with my footwear, these shoes have developed a significant crack in such a short time. This kind of wear and tear is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as high-quality. I will not be buying from Aldo again and cannot recommend their shoes to others. Very disappointing experience.”

“I bought over 20 peaces of sunglasses Non of them has sunglasses case , I gave gift to my sister and was searching from other places case to buy ! It’s not matter of the money but ita fustrating that I couldn’t pay extra and get case imidiately from them . 3 of sunglasses scratch couse I delay buying cases . They just put it in Nailon willow bag and few in a very soft material the glasses which can’t really protect them”

“The shoes are beautiful. The Second time i wore them it rained and they got wet so the top layer was coming off. And in the following Days they kept disintegrating. I've never had shoes with such low quality. I am very upset because i basically gave away over $160 USD. This system Doesn't allow me to upload a picture it keeps saying that my file was unable to be uploaded.”

“My wife and I were new customers after buying a few pairs of shoes and a purse. I was going to join their membership, but after seeing that ALDO is forcing me to opt in so that they can share my information with their trusted partners, I am no longer interested in doing business with them, because this is unacceptable. They give you the option to email them afterwards, but I shouldn’t have to email them later and ask to be removed; I should be the one to make the decision if I want them to add me in the first place. How dare ALDO force us. That being the case, ALDO does not deserve our business. I did not sign up for their membership and they’ve lost both of us as customers; we don’t believe in giving business to companies that take advantage like this.”

“I bought the Kravis shoes and my feet had blisters on the top within an hour of wearing them. I was so happy to receive and wear them and within an hour was dying to get home and take them off. The leather on top made blisters to my feet. I adjusted the top straps to wear my feet felt comfortable getting in and then after a while of walking blisters occurred on the top of both my feet. Horrible material and cannot return them now. Waste of $90. Do not by these shoes.”

“Uncomfortable! The sole of the sandals I purchased is very hard like a stone, after 1 h of walking your feet will die. I have other sandals and nothing like that ever happened to me, only with those shoes. Terrible and not worth the prize”

“I have ordered some items from ALDO, one of the items was damaged and the other one was wrong. I have returned the same day. This was a month ago and they still haven’t refunded the money, i have contacted their customer service and every time is the same answer that they are working on it. Very disappointing and no wonder all the negative comments here. Advising everyone don’t order from them. Thanks”

“I got caught up in the marketing of the "pillow walk" nonsense. Was looking for work shoes as I'm on my feet all day and have been having a horrible time since the sauconys I've loved were discontinued. (I would have kept those forever but they got poison ivy in them, RIP.) Pillow-walk is nonense. I ordered these shoes in three sizes to make sure I got the right fit. The 8/5s were baggy, and the 8s were weirdly snug, but I wore them around my apartment for a few days then bit the bullet, returned the others and wore these in to work for a day. By the end of the day I'm in agony. They're horrible. These aren't leather shoes that need to be broken in, it's knit material with shock resistance that gives out around the four hour mark. I contacted customer service to explain the situation and ask if I could still return these and they said "no but we'll give you site credit!" I said "for more awful shoes? no thanks." Now I'm stuck with shoes worth about $12 and the hunt for shoes that can actually stand up to a full shift on my feet continues.”

“Certainly! Here's a review you can use: --- I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.”

“My first online order the warehouse shipped wrong size. Drive back to store to return for refund. cS shipped new pair offered 25 percent discount and expedited shipping on April 24. Still don't have shoes 5 days later. Daughter dress fitting in 6 days. Local store doesn't have her size. Calling CS on Monday. This is unacceptable service. Will never shop here again!”
