The same brand operates as Aldo, call it spring and also 6th street website.

Defective shoes that completely fell apart within a few weeks and terrible customer support that is hard to contact and only gave a partial refund for shoes that were clearly defective.
Aldo used to be better. Whoever is running the show over there now should be fired.

Bought shoes from James at the Fourseason mall in Greensboro had them for one hour took those back when I bought them. I left the box with him went back the hour later he said he did not have the box would not do a refund very very, very rude do not ever buy shoes from James and Greensboro at the shoe store there

My first online order the warehouse shipped wrong size. Drive back to store to return for refund. cS shipped new pair offered 25 percent discount and expedited shipping on April 24. Still don't have shoes 5 days later. Daughter dress fitting in 6 days. Local store doesn't have her size. Calling CS on Monday. This is unacceptable service. Will never shop here again!

What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost and one month late I had to look for it, I had to run around the whole street to find it as it was left with a neighbour but courier wrote the wrong door number, impossible to talk on the phone or chat with customer service as there is nonexistent, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait for my refund.

I was told that it has been shipped and that they didn’t know when it would, I asked if I could cancel the order at which they responded that I could not, that I had to wait until item was delivered and then take it to the store to get a refund.

Ordered shoes, belt and earrings online. Only one shoe was in the box, earrings are broken and no belt. Useless. Customer services won’t send me new items, I have to send the one shoe and broken earrings back and wait 10 days for a refund!! Terrible customer service, do not order online!!!
