“We were very disappointed in the product we purchased. We only had it for 2 years and had problems from the very beginning! When it just went out, it was not easy to get support. Sent us wrong part and then basically said there was no part to fix it and we had to buy another gate opener. I’m surprised that it didn’t last longer or that at least it would be covered for more than 2 years. We barely missed the window and since it’s my mom’s main security, it has delayed us even more trying to work with your company.”

“I did a small change in the front of our house wanting to eliminate unsightly grass and bushes, I paved the area with brick and installed one of your 8 foot awnings, it was easy to put up, nicely designed and changed the entire character of the front of our house, I am very pleased with the product and the service.”

“Right out ot the box , there was a striped wood screw that was sticking out of the transum ,noticed it soon as top was opened. You mean to tell me the person putting it into the shipping box did not notice the screw sticking out ? Then after inflated noticed rubber strip around dinghy was a little unglued at top half . After 3rd day of use installed hand line snapped in half when grabbed to pull ashore .Now i know this is not the top of the line , but for the price i figure there should have been a lot more quality control . i am hoping to get at least two years out of this dinghy then make a step up in size . At this time i do not see myself making anymore purchases from Aleko .”

“The bicycle tent leaks on occasion when rainfall is heavy. Sprayed with silicon weatherproofing and slowed leak. Price was reasonably inexpensive. Instructions were not very clear but setup easy if your handy.”

“I bought a retractable awning. I have not used it much since it was late October when I got it installed. I am a little disappointed in how water pools in the fabric. It should be tighter. I bought a cover and it was difficult to use and ripped while I was putting it on.”

“The inflatable hot tub is very reasonably priced for the quality. Set up is easy, good instructions. Make sure when adding water the floor/bottom is stretched out flat to avoid wrinkles. The jets and bubbles were more than what we expected and it heats up nicely. For a small inflatable unit this is a very nice product. Had for 6 weeks and no complaints.”

“Horrible customer service! Received an item with a note on it that it was defective. They would not take it back until I actually paid my electrician to verify that it was indeed defective which it was . For the 80 buck we threw it out and will not buy another item from aleko. Buyer beware”

“We love it! Didn’t want to splurge on a big spa, until we knew if we’d use it often enough, or stay on top of the chemicals, but we do! We look forward to getting into it, almost every night. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it achieving the temperature setting, but I think we’ve kind of got it down. We use bromine for sanitizing and that works well. Our pre-teens got in with us once and it was a bit tight. Better for two people. Hope it lasts the rest of the year.”
