“The Item i have order 1xMotor and Gear box assembly for sliding Gate Opener AC1500/AR1550, I have order the wrong one, the gear on my AR1550/AR2450 will not fix on the AC1500/AR1550. My gear has 16 teeth with not slot key. The motor AC1500/AR1550 on the shaft where the gear goes shaft have a slot for a key to hold the gear in place. My motor doesn't have that type of shaft. So, it doesn't fix. So requested a return and a refund. unless you have the motor AR1550/AR2450 I 'm willing to exchange and pay the difference Thank You”

Perhaps we could have solved our problem if the trouble shooting suggestions had been included with the initial installation instructions. Kudos to Viktor for caring enough to source those out. “I purchased a 13 x 10 awning. The company could save money by improving the instructions for assembly of the unit as it is complex and the instructions are too brief and the drawings too small for an old geezer like me fully comprehend them but my licensed contractor who i hired to perform the assembly and installation is 55 also had plenty of trouble. But these problems are made acceptable by the great, competent and prompt service you get when you phone them, describe your problem and get their advice. Nadia, Semantha, and Victor are folks who can understand your problem and if you need parts will promptly ship them to you and do it with a smile (well it sounds like a smile even though i cannot see them) .”

“I ordered the pedestrian gate about two months ago. It came with two defective parts so it is not completely assembled. Part F and G. One is crooked the other the screw hole is stripped. Can’t get a screw in it. I was told I have replacement parts coming and have not received them. I have left numerous voicemail messages and no one responds to me. They don’t care they sold me a broken defective gate. Very disappointed. I wish I had a properly working gate. I guess I’ll have to hire a handyman to see what he can do for me since no one at Aleko cares. Very bad customer service. Lori Leung.”

“I ordered an awning for my converted utility trailer. The first one I received was wrong. But that was totally my fault. They returned it, and sent me the right one. No questions asked. I installed it by myself with alot of video help. But went smooth.”
