We can send out a new fabric for you. As for the dimensions, they are listed on the products page, they are made a bit smaller so they can fit perfectly onto the awning itself. Started out good then I had issues with the sauna heater. It took a very long time to get the issue resolved due to poor communication from ALEKO. I had many emails unanswered and called just to get a voicemail. after a few months I purchased a new heater from someone else. ALEKO finally got in touch with me and through some back and forth they reimbursed me for the heater I purchased. in the end I am happy but the waist of my time and frustration due to the lack of communication was very unprofessional. I am glad this issue is resolved and I no longer have to deal with ALEKO moving forward.

When we tried to change color of awning and had talked with a representative of Aleko and were told that would be okay because it had not shipped yet, when we called the phone number they gave us, that representative said it was not possible. Poor communication! Also, once we received the awning, there was some terrible defects in the stitching. We took pics and emailed to the appropriate person,we thought, and never heard back from anyone. The email was sent June 4, 2020. Now you want a review. Lol!

We ordered a green awning. They sent a blue one. We called to get the exchange, but they did not have any green ones. They wanted us to pay for return shipping. We contested that and they did send us a return label. We sent back blue awning immediately. Still waiting for our refund 3 weeks later. Had to dispute it with our credit card company, and it still isn't resolved. Customer service is very bad.

I ordered a tent because it said pop-up, when i received the tent it was a bunch of poles which had to be assembled, if you have to assemble it, it is not a pop-up. when i contacted customer service they had the nerve to want me to pay for shipping if i returned i

I would like to give 5 stars but my experience is tiresome & ongoing! My sliding gate order was made July 7 2020. So far I’m still trying to get everything. Just received 3 6’ v- tracks. I need 2x18’. 3x6’ is only 1x18’. I guess when it rolls open it’s supposed to roll on my grass! They did change the web site because when I first ordered It showed (4) 18’ now it shows (2) 18’, I also was missing my (2) 12” guide rollers! My next order was for the opener. It was supposed to have 2 remotes & I ordered 1 extra. I received the extra but not the 2! I know it’s 2020 and we have a pandemic and this is a Washington company with shipments via China and Tariff Trump is POTUS but I’d like to get this all done by election so I don’t have to get out of my car during BLM riots oh I’m sorry protests!

I bought this in March, and it lasted 4 months. Bubble jet and heater button do not work now. HORRIBLE customer service. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they accidently hang up. I gave it one star because I could not give it minus. garbage.... paid alot of money for something that is useless. PLEASE DO NoT BUY.... it will not last and you can NEVER get ahld of anyone... There are much better spas out there and customer service is better than Aleko.

First I asked for install instructions. They sent me the wrong ones that had a longer rail. I moved my sidelight due to this and it did not need to be moved so now i have a hole in the side of the rig. The "correct" instructions came in Chinenglish and also had the incorrect dimensions. Fortunately I was smart enough to put together the pieces on the ground and adjust the rails as necessary. It was about 1/2" off on the overall Center to center. When i did get installed, the motor does not work. I have been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks with no resolution. I currently have a working manual shade but it is a workout. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I understand having some delayed response with the current situation but come on!

Working via email was challenging when trying to determine if the 10 X 8 awning replacement would work with my existing Perma Systems retractable awning. However, they assured me it should and I could return if it didn't. Well it did work and looks fantastic. Prompt shipping and delivery. The only minor issue was they shorted be one piece of spline of the correct size. No big issue, as I just re-used the original one.

Ordered a 3000 dollar driveway gate relieved it damaged and missing half the order and the customer service refuses to refund my money fix the damages or give me my missing parts been communicating with them for atleast a month and have gotten literally no where

this is my second Aleko 20' by 10' awning... it is excellent product... Recently I replaced our 12' long awning with 20' Aleko awning... (first 20 footer I've installed @ our cottage years back).. Very good installation manual which in my case must be read only to find screewups after installation... lol... Installed extra steel cable guidance on both side to keep awning from flapping on windy days... works like a charm... Thank you Aleko for very good product and affordable price... and no, I am not paid by Aleko for good review, just a satisfied customer...
