“I work with Home Depot - Alex O. has provided excellent customer service to me and my clients since day one. I recently needed assistance with expediting an order for arrival by 6/2, and Alex definitely ensured we got it done! Prior to me needing a replacement, Rudy, with tech support, had several calls to with my client and co-worker to help them with the installation. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied and will continue to source their products for my clients.”

“Phone Based Customer Service is Excellent! I would like to specifically Name Nadia and Maria. No issues at all. I think FEDEX shipping service lets the shipping time down, the order took a little longer than 7 days, BUT all my FEDEX orders have been delayed lately.”

“First hot tub failed in less than ten days. They sent another one and the heater failed within days. The sent a new heater and am unable to install it.because the video showed the wrong hot tub Customer service said they would contact the manufacturer. A month later and no answer from anyone. Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.”

“worst customer service ever! Dont buy any products here. I bought a dual arm set for my Gates, and the motherboard did not work. I emailed, I called, I left messages, I could not get anyone on the phone and when I did they said send a picture I said well I'm sending you a picture of a motherboard----- that doesn't work that doesn't make any sense So I have so I had to go buy a whole new set after my contractor had installed the arms there was no there was no customer support I will I would have glad have gladly paid more for any other brand than have to spend 3 days not getting out of my driveway because I couldn't get anybody to call me back I eventually had to solder off the arms of my gate because they would not send me a new motherboard”
