Hello. I just want to be sure and say thank you to Maria, and her manager for the way they treated me concerning the raft I had purchased about a month ago. It had a slow leak in the front air chamber. They were really great about it. I sent them a few pictures of it, and did a soapy water test on it which they asked for. They are replacing my raft with a new one. So their service is awesome. They stand behind their product. I look forward to many years of fun with my new raft. Thank you again Aleko. I saw an add on Craigslist for a returned set of driveway gates that stated "if this add is still listed the item is still available. After arriving to the Jacksonville Fl. location I was told the item "driveway gates" had been sold weeks earlier! An employee named Alex was very helpful and stated it was a company error but he would call me if another similar item became available. I was skeptical but left the location hopeful. Soon later Andy called me (twice since I missed the first call) and told me another like set was available. I immediately went to the Jacksonville location and met with Andy. Andy guided me through the purchase procedure and personally loaded the gates on my trailer! What a great company that made an error and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix an accidental error! After I finish install I will attempt to add pics. Thanks again to Aleko and the great rep Andy!!!

We bought our gate openers and Gate from Aleko online. We love the gate and openers until the temperatures dropped to roughly 20 degrees. The gate openers would not open. We were locked in out driveway until the temperatures warmed up. I contacted the company and we exchanged emails, pictures, and videos back and forth over 2 months explaining the problem. the Owners manual says they work down to Minus 4 degrees F. They do not. The customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their products. They told me they do not have engineers on staff. I mean how do you make these products and not have an engineer on staff? Do yourself a favor and don't do any business with this company. The openers freeze up in cold temps. Avoid this company at all costs

Purchased a gate and it came damaged. I sent emails with pictures of the damage immediately Customer service only contacted me days later after I posted a negative review then asked me to revise it after we talked. I didn’t because I wanted to see the gate before I exited it. It took two weeks to get a replacement and they shipped the wrong gate. I can only assume it’ll be two more weeks before the replacement for the replacement arrives. One star will stay.

The older 1400 chain is not #41. It's actually better #40. It looks like you have downsized now. I bought the wrong replacement based on the present. Lost in translation. Put this in your reviews.

I am picking one star as there is no option for zero stars. Slow to respond to queries, even after multiple email prompts. Do not address the questions raised in the emails, need to be reminded what the issue is. Not able to complete order online as they first stated. Slow turn around time once order placed. The replacement part they recommended to fix the problem did not fix the problem. No response back when I communicated this to them. I am looking at other suppliers.

The fence itself was fine . Perfect for temporary, or living on rocky surface as I do. Much easier to install than tradional fencing. I have purchased 5 boxes of the 5x5 kennels. but it has now been 9 days since I have sent an email to customer service requesting additional hardware not included in the SEALED AND INTACT bags for the products.. I am missing close to 16+- complete nut and bolt sets and 9 +- nuts.( I don't remember the exact amount as stated in the email to them at the timeof this review).. I've had no response, and no package in the mail. These sets can run fairly expensive being so many. The costs of the fence was to INCLUDE hardware. Having to buy that MAJOR part, may become costly. I was planning on expanding the kennels, but customer service means alot to me. So that may no longer be an option.

The circuit board does not work and Aleko staff have not been able to offer support and answers over the phone. As far as I can tell they do not understand the product themselves.

Very upset, my parts came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!! How did you guys expect someone to put the damn arms on and the rest of the parts on!! They are having problems with one gate not opening and closing at the same time!! You can contact them!! 1-951-599-3601 . Please do. The gate needs trouble shooting Which they have done!! Well I made my order 12/03/22. My order included 13 feet of gear rack but my gate is 16ft, so I went ahead and order me 2 extra pieces 3 ft each. A week later I got my order but it came with out the gear racks not even the 2 extra ones that I ordered. I sent an email to aleko couple hours later thay imail me back telling me that they were going to send them the fallowing Monday I was like okey good, a week passed and nothing so this time I called them to let them know that I didn’t receive nothing so they told they didn’t send it because the plastic ones were out of stock so I dicided to switch to still in order to get them in two days, and I did but only 2 racks out of 6 😕 so I called again and they apologized she said she was going to make my order again but it’s been another week and nothing yet so I’m going to call them again Monday hopefully this time is almost a month already that’s why I rate it one star I’ll update my review when I get it if I get it
