I still have not recieved my Provident fund payout. It's been a full 11weeks now. I submitted my forms on the 23rd of September 2024 and I only recieve sms's saying "my alexforbes claim has been paid. If it doesn't reflect in 3days I must contact you guys" tried contacting and no answer and obviously no assistance. And plus those msgs I've been receiving for 5weeks now. I'm lost what's happening?
What do I do in this situation?
Submitted my claim through my employer, around May this year and after 6 weeks of waiting I made a follow up they told me there was no payment option on the forms i have submitted
They sent me new forms to my personal email address, downloaded the forms sent them back and I've made another follow up on the 2nd forms to see if they received them.The lady was helping me confirmed she received the 2nd forms
Another 2nd 6 weeks waiting period, followed up again, remember I've been requesting call backs sending emails with no luck of response.Even theirs automatic email response will say they will respond in 3 working days and that's a lie
So after sending 2nd claim made another follow up they told me they can see my claim has been processed and I must wait 7 - 14 days and now it's more than 40 days without my money.
Another follow up again and this time they told me my employer froze my money now it might take less than a month and now more a 2 months
Alex Forbes is a Scam and I'm so pissed to my employer to work such companies
I went to their offices in PE Back to Greenacres shopping centre, The lady at the reception requested a callback for me
They called and heard another story about my money it's bad and sad to wait for your money for so long
I'm taking this to social media now coz clearly they are lying,I have recent email even now saying another story
I'm sick and tired of this Alex forbes
I submitted my claim on the 8thSep.... Friday the 11 Oct they sent it for tax on the 12th Oct it showed payments submitted and today the 13th Oct it show claim registered.... So how can to go to payment submitted back to claim registered
I resigned at Fidelity Services group and completed and submittted my full claim forms mid August.
I then received a 2 pot pay out on the 16th September. Where is the rest of my funds? I did not apply for fund transfer let alone a 2 pot payout, my submission was in August. Fraudulent activity here.
I made my 2 pot claim last week 9 September 2024, it progressed well until last week Fri/Sat, it's been on Tax Application stage (5 days ago)
And there are people who submitted their claim 3 days later than mine, today 18 September they got their payments.
We work for the same company and all belong to AlexForbes.
What is the hold up???

I am disappointed with Alexander Forbes! It's about to be 3 months now and I have not received my provident fund payout, I get different stories from customer service consultants, seems like they have no clue, someone said it was sent for tax directive last week I called this today they tell me it has not been sent for tax directive, they are apologizing for the wrong information I received. i have to wait for 4 weeks! What's going on?? Will I get a payout or not? I'll have to report you now. This is a waste of time.
