Good day, Our product, especially vitamin K in the form of VitaMk7, is the only one on the market that has a positive opinion from the American FDA as safe for children (due to the natural method of production and purification from residues after biofermentation). I would suggest ProAdek in drops. For an adult 4 drops, for a child 1 drop.
