Rang the sales man's phone which he said we could do and been ignored and even left a message and still nothing

“Initially fixed a delivery date a week ahead so I made plans to lift old carpet and get new one fitted. Then the day before delivery I get an email that it is delayed for 3-4 weeks. They are hanging on to money though! Will have to do much better to get my orders for carpet for the rest of the house.”
