Actually very pleased with the price,quite a saving from the high street, The only aspect I would be critical of was delivery time.
We were assured had we lived in or near Manchester no problem!!
But Dorchester the county town of Dorset seemed to be akin to outer Mongolia.

“It has been two weeks since we ordered two carpets which have not arrived yet nor were fitted. It is a lot of hassle trying to get hold of the fitter who keeps postponing and has not once initiated any contact or given us a date. It is definitely one of the poorest service we have ever received and we will definitely not return to the retailer.”
No Denial at all Michaela, our fitter let us down with your job, we tried and pushed. so sorry for the service you have received and we are currently looking for more fitters and quoting 3 weeks for London fittings.

I have tried him several times and no response have now had to contact company who said they would contact him and still i have had no word, getting very frustrated and disappointed now.”

“Very pleased. Good price, quick delivery to the fitter. I had not received a call from the fitter for a couple of days so gave him a call on the number provided. He confirmed that the carpet had been delivered to him and we arranged fitting for the next day. A very nice, friendly and helpful guy. Would recommend this company.”
“I ordered some samples, one of which has arrived but over 2 weeks later the second batch hasn't. when i asked the customer service team they were very unhelpful and just said it was coming from the factory so i am sure it will be there soon...this is not a great customer experience”
