Yes , an email was sent when they were dispatched, but no emails or calls to say they hadn't arrived, Getting frustrated that we get negative reviews over free samples posted out via Royal Mail. Perhaps leave the review on there site as my Crystal ball doesn't appear to work.

What are we replying to when your first communication is a negative review.
Firstly i've checked our system with both your name and email address and cannot find any sample order from you?.
Secondly the system automatically sends an email confirmation once an order is received, Yes even a sample order, You state you've never received any email so have you placed a free sample order ?
on the rare occasions samples do go astray in the post a simple email follow up from the customer means we then resend the samples. Even the reviews on here have no reflection of the shear volume that we post weekly 200-300 . We are not double glazing type of company and send only one follow up email approximately seven days after the samples are dispatched.
We are commited to service with dated and timed deliveries throught the uk.

“I made my initial enquiry by phone and spoke to a very pleasant, helpful man.
The vinyl arrived on time and the delivery man was cheerful and also helpful.
I had been quoted an unacceptable price for providing and fitting this product hence my decision to look online.
I am delighted with the new look this has given my kitchen and utility room and with the reasonable fee charged by an excellent local fitter I have saved over £300.”
Once again, no email or contact to say the samples haven't arrived but a negative review. Please let us know and we will resend and lost or missing samples if not there in a week.
Hi, Im not sure why they are not clear as we tag every sample with its own label ?, As for a little slow you would not believe the volume around 420 sample orders last week alone. Regards Sales
