You placed your order on Saturday 29th November which we emailed you confirmation of on the same day. Your order went into production on the next working day which was the Monday 1st December.
The production lead times for your products was up to 5 working days(as detailed on our website).
Your order was produced and dispatched within 4 working days and upgraded at no additional cost to a signed for next day delivery service which you signed for on the 6th December at 10:54am which was the same day as you left this review.

“Really poor customer service. I have an isuue with an item where the order requirements were not clear and they have said they will phone me back or email me for a week, after I have had to chase daily and I have not had one single call or email from them. Would never use the company again, very unprofessional.”
As explained to you on the telephone we were very sorry to hear that you made a mistake on the spelling of the name required on your personalised item. Unfortunately we are unable to amend personalised products after production. We did review if there were any ways we could rectify your mistake, unfortunately this was not possible.
