The quality of the shorts was good however, 4 pairs of the white shorts that were supposed to be small were medium instead and we were taxed on our order after I was told we would be refunded. Our school accountant has been reaching out regarding this matter and is unable to receive a reply. This matter still needs to be resolved!

Hey John, I checked all of our emails, and the last one we have is from the school accountant, Enid, with the tax exempt form and a request for a tax refund. We were never notified via email of any discrepancy with the order. We are happy to get that taken care of if you can please reach out to Lindsey@AllSportsUniforms.net or my direct line, 678-999-2458. I am also reaching out to you directly. As far as the sales tax goes, we emailed your school accountant and you on 10/21 letting you know the tax exempt form was applied to the account and no tax was applied to the order. I will email you another copy of the invoice so you can see that breakdown. I ordered full sets of uniforms for our softball team and the jerseys were supposed to be navy blue and red but they came royal blue, almost purple, with our navy blue pants, it didn’t look good at all. I emailed our rep, I sent pictures of the jerseys, she said she was working on it, I never heard back, even after I emailed her a second time, I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, was told they were gone for the day but would call me back, that was two weeks ago, still haven’t received a phone call or email.

The first time I ordered I was happy with the quick response and received my order in a respectful time frame. This last order my uniforms took well over a month. During this time I tried contacting via email and phone call but rarely got a response. I was told the uniforms had shipped but info had not been returned to let me know when they would be here, which if they really had shipped when I was told then the shipping took almost a week! Once the uniforms did finally ship (Although I was confused that it was coming from the Dominican Republic, but none the less) it looked as if I would get it in the two days that it said it would take. Excitingly it made it to Lexington Kentucky so not too far from me! Lo and behold on the day it was supposed to arrive I got an update that it was just leaving the Dominican Republic AGAIN!!?? 🤔. After not having uniforms for the first few games and being out quite a bit of money in my opinion for jerseys we finally received them. They are nice but I think after being a returning customer I may be looking at other option for next years season.. giving 2 stars only because the jerseys are nice and the other items I ordered were delivered fairly quick

I had purchased sample uniforms and then several weeks later after I found time for all my girls to try on the samples I purchased the team all their uniforms.. However in the time I needed for all the girls to try on the uniforms and the new uniforms arriving I missed the deadline to return the samples. I was quite disappointed in the short time period that they provided to return the items... then when speaking with customer service about it they offered no assistance as they said their was nothing they could do. Everything else was fantastic and the uniforms were great when they arrived.

Hey Elizabeth, I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with our return policy and procedure. We do not stock most of the items on our site in our Georgia office, the items are ordered in from our US based manufacturers when a customer orders. We have 30 days to return the items to them so we can get refunded, and in turn refund our customers. We try to be transparent with this, and email you the return policy and procedure in your order confirmation email, as well as post them on our website. Customers have 10 days to request the return on our website. Then, 15 days from that request to our send back to our Gainesville, GA office. This is a 25 day window. We realize this can be short. As long as we get that RA number within 10 days, we can return the items past 25 days. For future orders, if you see you may need a little more time past 30 days, please go ahead and submit your return request through our website in 10 days. This will give you some time to return the items back, by allowing us to secure that return authorization number form our manufacturer. My name is Lindsey, I am the office manager with ASU. My order got messed up, when I needed it over nighted … Twice this happened in back to back orders..

Thank you for your review, Justin! I am so sorry to hear about the issues you had with your blank drop-ship order. Our team did work with our manufacturer to get the shortage corrected for you, but unfortunately, the replacement also had an issue that had to be corrected and reshipped. This is not the norm for us and was an isolated incident that we made sure was worked out with our manufacturer so this does not happen on future orders. We hope you will give us another chance in the future! :)

I usually shop at all sports uniform, but the last time I was very disappointed the product was not done the way it was explained there was a mistake on all sports uniform part that they choose to charge me for I was very disappointed and probably will not be using all sports again. My contact person was Elizabeth and she knows the details of what I’m speaking about.

Hi Sylvon, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review! We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your latest experience with All Sports Uniforms. I pulled the order up and see you were emailed a mock-up with the front numbers on the uniforms. However, you were not charged for the front numbers and the order went out without them. When you contacted us, we did ask you to pay for the front numbers, but we covered the cost of a return label to get them back as well as covered the cost to ship them back to you. While I understand this was an inconvenience and frustrating, you did not pay for anything additional than you would have if the front numbers were added to your invoice and paid for originally. This was a one-off mistake and not the norm for All Sports Uniforms. I hope you give us a chance again in the future!

The uniforms I ordered where not available by the distributer and the company called to inform me of their mistake as it clearly stated on the website they were in fact available. I was forced to chose different uniforms on the spot and had to pay extra to have them expressed shipped. Will not order for the team from them again!

Staff was friendly and very helpful, but every order was messed up terribly. Sizes and numbers were way off.
