“I was relatively happy with my order. Would have been very happy with my order, if I had not recieved it missing one of the bottoms to the womens basktball warm up sets. Sadly it was nowhere to be found. I would gladly rank them 4-5 stars and do buisness with them again if this had not happened or could be rectified.”

“The mock up process was phenomenal. ASU was quick and responsive - and very patient working through a few different mock-ups. And the jerseys arrived ahead of schedule (after paying for expedited shipping). But the jerseys were just so-so quality for the cost. The printing in particular looks cheap.”

“I was happy with the customer service. However the items I ordered were sewn poorly. One sleeve was not sewn at all. Seems we're sewn crooked on a few of the shirts.”

“Their service was quick. The communication was great the only thing is when ordering the uniform it wasn't clear on how to order it. For example actually ordering the uniforms and then the print in the uniforms. They are 2 separate orders and that wasn't cleared.”

“The uniforms are great quality we are happy with them. However, I am disappointed that I was told adult mediums would be on back order and we would not get them in time for our game so I ordered three extra uniforms in a different size along with the adult mediums and they all came within a few days of each other so I spent about $150 more than I needed. Would love to have a return on these, however, them being custom there are no returns”

“Jerseys are not breathable, as advertised. The arm holes are very small and don’t stretch, making them hard to play basketball in. The ordering process and shipping time were good, but the product is subpar and we will not order from here again.”

Thank you for your review, DeAnna. I am surprised to hear this, as this is one of best selling uniforms and I have not heard this from other customer. Thank you for your feedback. I will pass this along to our manufacturer. Choosing sizes can be challenging when ordering printed uniforms online if you don't have any in hand to try on/see how they run/arm holes are cut. For future orders, you can also purchase blank samples for your players to try on. Those can then be returned in 25 days for a full merchandise refund. “Customer service was good. The purchasing process was good. They contacted me before shipping my order due to not having enough of one size jersey I ordered. They gave me the option to change the size of the jersey ordered instead of waiting for it to be in stock, which was great because I couldn't wait. However, the quality of the material of the uniforms ordered is not so good. Unfortunately I believe I will have to”
