“The staff was very friendly and easy to work with! When our order arrived, there was an error in the sizes that were sent, BUT they quickly recognized the error and sent the correct sizes to us overnight. VERY HAPPY with their service!”

“Girls like the jerseys...good quality and they look great. Girls tops run a little snug, unisex (boys) shorts were WAY to big (and long), so we had to order youth. Customer service was very helpful. But due to the number of uniforms we had to return, (return shipping is not covered) I was out of pocket money (over $60) to have the unused uniforms shipped back. Overall, good experience though and will likely use this company again.”

Thank you for submitting your review, Robert! We are happy to hear your team liked your jerseys! Sorry to hear about the sizing issues you had on the shorts. For future orders, you can purchase blank samples before ordering, to ensure the sizing is exactly what you need. While the customer does have to pay to ship any returns back, we do offer an exchange order shipping discount to help offset some costs for you. However, the 2nd order you placed received free ground shipping, so that was not applied to the order. For any future returns, I recommend price comparing shipping carriers when sending back returns. You may find that USPS is far more expensive than UPS or FedEx to return certain packages. 1 package back to our office via UPS or FedEx ground should run around $20. Our team looks forward to having the opportunity to work with you again! :-)

“The website, the staff, price, product, all top notch. However, the youth sizing is incorrect or out of sync with the actual youth shirts once delivered. All of the shirts are way small and I had to order 3 new ones out of pocket just to be able to play. So while everything and everyone is great, that sizing issue is a big problem.”
