“Driver was pleasant considering that i was very curt with him.. I did not understand that I had to take a shuttle to a different location to be picked up. Car (black Suburban) was excellent; roomy and comfortable.”

“Wonderful experience - My first time using Allstate Private Car & Limo but it won't be my last. My reservations were confirmed by a representative which made me most comfortable. Prior to my departure time I received a call from a representative letting me know my car was outside waiting. Then I received an email with the make, model and license plate number which again was very comforting. The driver was super polite and personable and I made it home in great time and safely. Love it!”

“On traveling to and from JFK from my mid-town apartment over the past weeks, the trip has been prompt and all personnel involved totally professional. Especially appreciated last night when I was returning on an 18-hour flight from Hong Kong.”

“The service was exceptional. Our flight got changed three times due to weather and Allstate was accommodating with every change. Our driver Fredrick Walker was waiting for us and did an excellent job. Will be using them again.”

“The price quoted said it included tolls, tax etc. But it did not! So the $48 rate became $62. Not cool!”

“No car arrived. I called dispatch three times and each time I was told a car 'was on its way'. Each time I was given a different excuse for why the car was not there. Finally, an hour after scheduled time a car arrived. He did not know my destination, that I had paid in advance or any other detail. I book a car and pay in advance so I don't have to deal with this at 6:45 a.m. arriving in a new city. I expect a full refund for this transaction.”
