“Though our flight arrived with a two hour delay, our driver texted to let us know he was there waiting for us. He was prompt, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, our drive from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan took us 2 and a half hours due to insane traffic! Welcome to NY! During this time he was calm and collected and tried his best to make our drive pleasant. Service was very good. 😊”
