Our driver (named Vasil) was there upon our arrival very courteous and helped with baggage the vehicle was superb and the driving skills were exceptional (calm and collected). This made our trip into the city relaxing and stress free as the traffic was manic to say the least. We would recommend this service as it takes all the hassle away.

Today I had a very bad experience. I booked my car online and received a confirmation however the car never showed up. It was not until I called and was on hold for several minutes that I was able to resolve the issue as another car needed to be sent which made me late for my concert. I was told "I'm sorry" these things happen sometimes... If customer service is important your phone operators and dispatchers should have a ability to say "we are very sorry for the mix up, you will not be charged for this transport". If I was 15 minutes late, you would charge me a late fee. Please feel free to call me Kris Campbell at 716-864-8639.

Flight was delayed by an hour but the driver was still waiting, although it's a bit of a 'free for all' at Newark Airport when trying to meet your pick up so there was a slight delay whilst we found him. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a VIP "luxury" sedan and was picked up by a Kia Optima. This I a sedan but far from a luxury one. I paid a premium to get a premium car that is larger than a standard mid class sedan. I will be call to get a credit. No complaints about the driver. Very professional.

SUVs "Our SUVs are black late model Cadillac Escalades. A perfect vehicle for extra room and large parties to ride in comfort. Chauffeurs are courteous, professional, and dress in executive attire. Bottled water and the New York Times are complimentary in each vehicle. " This is your website statement , to clarify it wasn't a Cadillac Escalade, the driver whilst pleasant enough wasn't in executive attire, there was no bottled water or newspaper offered ! We were happy to pay a premium for your service as the trip was a surprise treat for our daughters 18th, but I am very unhappy with what's been delivered. I await your response before I issue reviews elsewhere.

Gentlement there is one thing I am worried please check what is going on: With my booking You pick up in my account at the 19th, $79,63 and 70,36 US, EWR to Manhattan and return. At 24th again $70,03 US, and today again $112,14 and $126,59. Would You be so kind explain me all this payments ????

Muhammad Pirzada is an excellent driver. Instead of trying to meet us inside as we requested, he waited out front because of construction at the airport and made everything much easier for us. He also actively reached out by phone, email and text to let us know where he was. Very good job.

site asked for the flight info and automatically filled out the web form with pick-up time. This caused a problem as it should consider customs time and baggage pick-up time.

Update: Upon submitting this review, a representative immediately contacted me. They've promised to refund the charges for the full amount and sincerely apologized for my negative experience. Hopefully the feedback I provided will encourage Allstate to address operational and call center customer service issues to ensure future customers have a positive experience. Original Post: I am typically reluctant to write bad reviews about companies, but I feel it's an absolute necessity in this case. Hopefully my words of caution will keep another traveler from experiencing the same issues as I did. So here goes... I booked my reservation online a week before my trip to NYC. I included my flight information so they would have up-to-date alerts, and I also paid extra to have my driver pick me up inside upon arrival (I have never traveled through Laguardia before and didn't know what to expect, so I figured this was a safer, easier option). My original flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to LGA, so I was placed on another connection that arrived in NYC later in the evening. I called Allstate to let them know that my flight had changed and gave them my updated flight information. They confirmed that my info had been updated and that I would have a driver waiting on me when I arrived in NYC. Upon arriving in NYC at Laguardia, there was no driver waiting for me inside. I walked outside to the pickup area to find no driver waiting out there either. After searching for my driver for another 10 minutes, I called Allstate to check on the status, and they told me they were working through a shift change and that my driver would arrive in 15 minutes when they could get one over to me. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called back to see if they were still planning to send a driver. She explained that they were working on getting me a car, but that it would be another 15 minutes before they could get someone there. Again, I waited another 25+ minutes, only to call back another time and be told there would be yet another delay. I was tempted to cancel my car and just take a taxi at that point, but I got put on hold for long periods of time every time I called, so by the time I was able to get through to another person, my driver was en route. All in all, I waited over an hour and a half after my flight arrived to be picked up. The staff (call center nor driver) never apologized for the delay, and they acted like I was inconveniencing them each time I called to check on the status of my car. I was offered no discount, nor was I offered compensation in any other way. I have not yet checked my credit card statement, but I will not be surprised if I was still charged the full amount (including the extra fee for inside pickup). This company is unreliable and has terrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor and either choose another company or just rely on Uber, Lyft or taxis.

Overall, I had a good experience with my two recent trips with Allstate. My only complaint was that I specifically booked to be picked up inside at the Newark airport, but the driver opted to pick me up outside because "it was easier". I do not expect to be charged the added $10 for this service. Thanks
