“Muhammad Pirzada is an excellent driver. Instead of trying to meet us inside as we requested, he waited out front because of construction at the airport and made everything much easier for us. He also actively reached out by phone, email and text to let us know where he was. Very good job.”

“Excellent Service, Right there at the terminal to receive me and dropped at my destination without any issue, Awesome driver who was very good at communication. Made booking online and the car was right on time to receive me. It was a very smooth experience and I would recommend if any of you would like to use their service”

“Professional and exceptionally helpful, our flight was delayed for over 2hrs, but they had monitored the flights and rearranged the pick up time. Special thanks to Mickie Lee who responded to me even whilst travelling home. Great customer service”

“Our driver was excellent! I've encountered drivers who made me feel unsafe for a variety of reasons, but our Allstate driver made us feel very safe. Additionally the ride was smooth, the vehicle was comfortable, and our driver was friendly without being intrusive. One of the best NYC car services I've ever used. I will definitely be using Allstate in the future.”

“Clean car, efficient and professional driver who got me to my hotel in good time despite the traffic. It's a little challenging to find the car at LGA but we eventually found each other and it was great from then. No more taxis for me - will use this company from now on.”
