“The driver was a good guy who tried hard but your web site should not accept money for services that can't be performed. I paid to have the driver meet us in the baggage area, etc. What I didn't know is that at LGA, a driver can't do that but instead the passenger has to take a shuttle to a car service parking lot in order to meet the driver.”

“Ready and waiting to meet us. Got us to our hotel in Manhatten quickly and safely. However not impressed that our driver tried to charge us 50 dollar waiting fee when we arrived within the free hour allowed in the contract. He was very upset when we refused to pay. This left us feeling he was trying to rio us off.”

“Very thorough coverage to make sure i knew when the car would be at the airport. Courteous friendly drivers that made it a pleasant trip to and from the airport. Having the app to follow the car coming to pick me up was nice also.”

“When I booked I ticked a box and paid $10 extra for pick up "inside". I took that to mean a person with our name on a card waiting for us. There was no one inside and we got a text saying the car was outside. We went out and found no car. There was no explanation from the company that we had to go to a bus, hop on and be driven to a parking area to find our driver. We did not expect to have to carry our luggage on and off the bus either. Found our car and the driver was polite but the car was a bit dirty. When I raised a query about the "inside" he said the construction meant he couldn't be right there. When I mentioned having paid $10 extra for the service there was no offer to rectify it”
