“The driver was not to be found until I'd made 2-3 calls to the office. All staff at the office were very helpful. In the future, it'd help for the driver to be aware and to at least apologize for making the customer wait. It was a little difficult for me as I had a kid - otherwise I wouldn't have minded as much. Thanks.”

“Our driver was amazing!! Even though we were over an hour late due to "Laguardia issues" he patiently waited and communicated with me during the whole ordeal. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again!!”

“it was very difficult to locate the driver. It took me 20 min and 3 calls to find the driver. Your airport pickup system is suboptimal. Then the driver did not care that the hotel was not at the location he left me. The car was very old, not very clean.”
