“Excellent service. Having never been to New York before, and with 2 kids, I was a bit concerned how to get from JFK to Manhattan. I booked an Allstate SUV to pick us up the airport. Rodney, our driver was waiting for us at arrivals, and we were on our way in minutes. I would highly recommend Allstate and would definitely use again.”

“I entered a wrong address when I made the reservation. The drive finally called me and he proposed to join me at the correct address. I was only charged for 15mn waiting. Even without this episode of the wrong address, the driver was very cool and professional.”

“Even though I initially had problems finding my car because of the traffic congestion at LaGuardia the driver was very skillful in getting us out of the traffic jam and to my hotel. He was extremely nice and I arrived safe at my hotel.”

“I had the car service pick me up at Newark Airport to take me to Manhattan. The driver was waiting for me in the baggage area. The pick up was efficient and the driver very professional. I definitely would use this car service again and recommend it to others.”

“My 2 flights delayed so many hours, and I contact the office twice. It was so easy to change pick up time. LaGuardia was crowded but the driver found us quickly. Return trip, the driver showed up in front of the hotel even 5 min before scheduled time. We arrived JFK on time despite traffic.I really appreciate their service.”
