“Timing was great as was the driver however I don’t consider a base model Camry as a VIP vehicle. We did not get what we paid for.”

“They arrived early and phoned my cell to let me know they had arrived. Plus, we arrived at the airport 10 min. early!! My driver was kind, helpful, and overall sweet!!!”

“Not very happy. The car and driver were nice BUT the car was a half hour late in picking us up for a trip to the airport AND we had to walk a half block to another street to get picked up - with luggage!! Poor service. We never got a call from the company at pick up time and I really think they lost us entirely. I called them when they were 8 minutes late and they couldn’t find our reservation. When they finally found us, the driver called about 5 minutes later sounding very perturbed. He gave us some BS story about a demonstration in his way but I doubt he was even assigned until I called.”

“The company forgot to send a car to pick me up. When I called after waiting for half an hour, the receptionist gave me instructions to wait at the wrong pick up location within La Guardia Airport. In total, my car was an hour and ten minutes late.”

“Love this company. I’ve used them 4 times now without any issues! They arrive on time and I especially love the courtesy call an hour ahead so in case you oversleep they have you covered! And the drivers are always very courteous...Will be using them again.”
