“Your driver was aggressive unfriendly and threatening, in fact I was in two minds as to whether to get into the vehicle with him he threw my bags into the boot with aggression. My daughter booked the vehicle for me when I arrived and got out of the airport this driver was angry and flustered. He could hardly speak English and I struggled to understand him. I was with two friends and they asked if they could join me and be dropped off a little further up from my apartment. They wanted to know how much that it would cost to travel together. He was so threatening and unpleasant they decided to go elsewhere. I would not have got into the vehicle if my daughter had not paid for the shuttle. I was very uncomfortable and worried on the drive to my daughters he was hooting at every vehicle and he even had to phone my daughter while we were driving to find out where he must drop me off. I booked a return shuttle for my trip home but I cancelled this and will never use your service again.”

“First car taking me from manhattan to Newark was fantastic, easy to track on the app and driver arrived early which wasn't an issue it was welcomed due to heavy manhattan traffic. However, second ride was not as impressive. Driver was late picking me up and I ended up having to call to chase them up. They did answer and my driver arrived within five minutes, but at a cost to myself using an EU phone in the USA I wasn't happy. The app also didn't update on drivers location kept saying 34 minutes away for nearly 45 minutes.”

“After scheduling car service in advance, we sat at La Guardia over 40 minutes waiting for a vehicle. The driver did not speak very good English and had a hard time understanding which terminal we were located. Once the vehicle arrived, it was dirty and smelled horrible. The driver was very rude and seemed to be put out that he had a hard time locating us. The driver ended up being the worse part of the experience. I was afraid for our lives. This guy drove down emergency lanes, cut people off, and would yell at other cars. I know this is New York- but this experience was ridiculous and the worst ever. I will never use Allstate Car and Limo again and I recommend that others stay away.”

“The driver was not attentive to any thing, no smiles and took me to the wrong hotel first, in the end made me sign a old piece o paper like a receipt kind in blank. I hope the only charge in my card is the one on the email confirmation I received. Thanks”

“Our Driver was excellent, courteous and nice. He was even sooo honest as to send over a text that I overpaid the service. He said he would even cut me a check for reimbursement. Doesn't happen that often or EVER. Thank you !”

“The driver was great, but we got a flat 10 mins from the airport so I had to take a cab the rest of the way. I would like at least a partial refund for my fee. Thank you”

“Great service! The driver calls to let you know they have arrived, you get a text, and a call from Allstate to let you know the driver has arrived. We have been using Allstate now for two years every time we travel to NY and it makes our life so much easier.”

“My vehicle was delayed because of an unexpected flat. I was quickly alerted to the issue by phone and a new car dispatched. I only had to wait about an extra 10 minutes past my originally requested pick up time. The car was exceptionally clean. The driver was friendly and very professional. A great experience overall, considering the need for quick problem solving. Highly recommended.”

“The car arrived 45 minutes early. Sought to charge waiting time. Claimed we had booked on line which we had not. WORSE, claimed a $5 surcharge in addition to the quoted fare.”
