“I am satisfied. There was one snafu that caused a delay in the pick-up . But the system was robust enough to recover albeit with lost time. The snafu was that the driver failed to meet us in the airport terminal as as contracted. When the situation was finally understood, we did meet the driver outside the terminal. Please reimburse my credit card for the cost ($10.00 plus all taxes/fees thereof) of having the driver meet the customer inside the terminal. Thank you. Nevertheless, I look forward to using Allatate in the future.”

“This is my first review on this site and, unfortunately, it is not a favorable one. Perhaps it was an anomaly, but we had a nightmare experience with one of All State Limo's drivers. He answered our request for an UberX to the airport - a $30 charge. However, after picking us up and realizing that the fee was only $30, he stopped the car, unilaterally canceled our Uber reservation, and insisted on a payment of $75 directly to All State Limo. He told us we would have to get out of the car if we didn't agree. Having a plane to catch, and being in an unfamiliar city, we had no choice but to pay the $75. When I called All State Limo to complain, they were of no help and told me I had to deal directly with the driver, who himself refused to give us a refund. It all demonstrated a baffling callousness about the entire situation.”

“Very good and clean car ( rating 5 star). Came on time and was waiting in front of our door. ( reliability 5 star). Driver a bit hesitant to help load suitcases into trunk of car so we were putting them in all on our own. Conversation with him a bit difficult (we are German and although we speak fluent English using it also for work we had great difficulties to understand the accent of the driver who seemed to be of Indian origin), his instructions with respect to method of payment and amount due were quite vague; gave us receipt only upon request. ( Driver two to three star only). Overall rating still good. We would use this service again and can recommend it to others.”

“Outstanding experience. I chose Allstate based on reviews and am now writing one of my own after taking two rides. Drivers were on time (early), clearly communicated via text they are ready and what limo number was displayed in the window. Driving was professional, safe, and courteous. Vehicles were in excellent condition, clean, very sharp. Waters were available to all weary travelers. Thank you for the excellent service!”

“Our drive from the hotel to the airport was not great. He didn't even get out of the car to greet us for pick up or even help with the bags. Thanks to the bell hop at the hotel for helping us put the bags in the trunk and being so gracious! The drive to our destination was dead silent. Zero personality, zero interaction and drove a bit scary! So would I use this service again? Don't know and probably not. But want to mention the pick up driver a few days before was great, fun personality making the drive to our destination enjoyable!...except his car was a bit of a mess and was not easy getting the bags in the car. My next trip there I may try a different service first!”

“Driver arrived to wrong terminal, despite correct information in request and email confirmations; after showing up 20 minutes later than anticipated (after 2/3 calls with dispatch), driver was very aggressive, condescending and patronizing. Though, to his credit, I did arrive to my destination on time -- with the delay in pickup, I anticipated being 5 minutes late according to google map app.”

“Driver was friendly and kept calm even in horrific St Patrick's day traffic. The drive was predicted to be 40 minutes but was closer to 90 and the driver arrived 10 minutes later than requested. This was due to St Patrick's Day traffic. This should have been warned for and built in to the booking confirmation and travel time prediction. Arrived with 6 minutes to spare for check-in rather than the planned 90. Squeaky but no actual problems.”
