“Worst driver, worst experience, the driver was a different person than the description (man vs woman) he take the wrong street 4 times. He doesn't speak english and i had to call the dispatcher to finish the trip. Bad experience!!!!! never book again with you”

“The car arrived 1:15 hr late (ordered 13:05, arrived 14:22) without leaving us any message. We had to call the company, who couldn't solve it theirselves, but left us with a phone number of the driver to solve it ourselves. The car smelled very bad because of smoking of the driver.”

“At LaGuardia Airport the driver called on my cell and told me to meet him in the middle island pickup area, which is the normal car service pickup area. We called and provided the number of the post where we were waiting. 2 minutes later, he came to the curb, not the center island, and was forced by the car monitor to keep driving. We waited another 10 minutes while he came around and found us at the original agreed upon meeting spot. The driver complained about the car monitor, but the driver was clearly in the wrong area.”

“We arrived a lot earlier than expected but the driver was there within 30mins without having to call them. Very clean, impressive, spacious cars give a very comfortable ride. Had a small query on final charges but this was clarified quickly with a full & clear breakdown. Definitely use them again & happy to recommend to anyone.”

“Very relieved after a ridiculously long 24 hour day of travelling to see the driver waiting for me, particularly as my flight was delayed. He immediately took my luggage and took me to the car. It was definitely a superior car clean fresh and very comfortable. Had a very informative driver and loved listening to the history of NYC - thank you for making the end of a very stressful journey - relaxed. Great service recommending to my husband who flys out Thursday!”

“I paid for a "meet & greet service" at an extra charge and then had to finally be picked up by a car that had never had any intention of coming into the terminal to provide the service that was booked and paid for. The driver was fine but your business practices need an urgent review”

“The driver was nice but charged a waiting fee even though I explicitly made the reservation for 30 mins after flight landing. This was confirmed in my email. Will not recommend and plan to write many reviews on various social media sites to complain, so that others can be warned.”
