“After we made the reservation i send a email throuth your website asking where will be the pickup point. No one answered.We stayed for 2 hours waiting in a frozen night.the drived that pick us there in the terminal wanted us to pay more money for the ride.”

“Not what I expected. Driver not very helpful with the luggages. You MUST specify where the car will wait. I was waiting in the cold for 20 minutes to find the car at the exit of the terminal 2 Newark on the 2 level and the car was waiting at level3. How is possible to guess that? Nice ride though!”
