“Booked it through the internet on recommendation via TripAdvisor. It was an easy booking process, driver was perfectly on time, knew alternative routes very well (we had the hell of a traffic!), very experienced and just the same fare as the yellow cab! Would book it right away again!!”

“Driver picked us up promptly as our plane arrived early. Drove us to our hotel. We told him we had prepaid by credit card and he was suprised. On arrival presented us with a credit card form to sign for an amount substantially more than the quote we had received. He even put in a charge for waiting, which he didn't do. He was angry when I declined to sign and made a scene in front of the hotel. I conclude we were being scammed by an unethical driver. I certainly can not recommend this service.”

“Guy knew how to ger around traffic and keep me entertained. Leon was great at conversing, even after a long day at work when I was extremely tired. Wish i could have left a tip. Definitely pay him a lot.”

“The company never informed me that I could not be picked up at la guardia airport but needed a shuttle to go to satellite spot so I waited for 40 minutes in 20 degree weather with no coat due to lost luggage. Finally driver called to tell us to take a shuttle to pick up location. Then company charged me $24 late fee”

“Paid extra for a meet and greet service inside the terminal at Newark but the driver was not there. Had to make several phone calls to the office (costing me around £8 in international calls on my mobile). The office was very helpful and eventually the driver appeared outside. Transfer to hotel was fine and I was happy with the service apart from the meet & greet mix up. It's the last thing you want after a 8 hour flight.”

“I did report this issue directly, as the driver didn’t wait inside despite it was a meet and greet booking. Moreover, he falsely claimed he’s waiting inside although he kept waiting outside for the passenger. I specifically elected a meet and greet service as it’s the first experience for the passenger visiting the US. Hence, I was completely frustrated.”

“Our driver was on time, knew the route, his car was very clean and he was very professional. He got us to the airport in good time and tookm us to the terminal. I would use them again.”
