I would not recommend this company. I did not have a good experience with them. I booked online and received a confirmation of $59 for JFK to NYC. They do not allow you to pick the time online, so they based the pickup time on my flight. They choose the arrival time of my flight, I thought this was odd, but I guessed that it ensured they were there. I would have allowed 45 minutes to deplane and get luggage. I received an email and a text saying my driver was there with the number and description of the vehicle when I landed. That was nice. The terminal is under construction, so we had to wait for a bus to take us to baggage claim. This is information that I would expect a car service to know and take into account. After that I received a text and a call asking where I was. I was at baggage - there was a delay. He called twice more and I again explained the baggage was delayed again. Upon arrival at the vehicle, our Driver was smoking. The car smelled like smoke and was not very clean. He dropped us off on the street at the hotel's exact address instead of pulling around the corner to the underground drop off area. That was 12 days ago. Before today, they would have received an average rating. Today I received a charge receipt for $93.00. They charged two fees, and $21 an hour as a "waiting" charge. Since they set the time, that should be on them. So buyer beware - read every tiny printed line on the website and expect a 75% mark up.

When i turned my phone on after immigration got a message that the driver was waiting for us gave us his details and cell number. We had ordered a minivan for five and the driver seemed upset as he had an SUV. He said minivans only took four passengers and I explained to him the website said a minivan seated five passengers. however the car was in excellent condition.

Driver not ready with sign upon arrival; had to make 2 calls ( from overseas!) to get confirmation that he was coming . Driver not very friendly .

Excellent Service, Right there at the terminal to receive me and dropped at my destination without any issue, Awesome driver who was very good at communication. Made booking online and the car was right on time to receive me. It was a very smooth experience and I would recommend if any of you would like to use their service

The driver did not show up to take me to the airport at the scheduled time and when I called 20 minutes after the set pick up time told me they would be there in 10 which would have been too late. I had to use another service and pay a surcharge since it was last minute during rush hour.

I got comfirmed pickup for 14:00. I have noninfonhow tonfind the car... I had to call call center which took around 10 minutes. After that I got an email at 14:27 that The car nukber will be 1414 and where I will find it. So for a 14:00 pickup, I only got comfirmation after 27 minites! The driver was really lame, I mean he always jsut acckerate-break-acclerate-break again and again, instead of just going in a steady 5-10 mph. I will never ever order from this company again.

The driver was on time. He was very difficult to understand over the phone. The car was clean, but very old - definitely not my idea of a luxury vehicle. I'm not sure I would use this company again.

The car was completely filthy and trashed, could have hired a black car from Uber for the same amount and would have been much cleaner.

While the booking process is easy and straightforward, the experience ultimately comes down to the service provided by the drivers - always potluck. Today I was sorely disappointed: the driver was 15mins early and visibly angry at me when I came downstairs to the door 5mins before he was originally scheduled; for the entire journey he kept sighing and tut-tutting for no apparent reason. My attempts to make small talk were swiftly rebutted by him. It could be that he was having a bad day, or that the roads were unusually busy for a Saturday afternoon; either way, it was not my fault. Not sure if I'll use these guys again.

The car was clean and it arrived early. Traffic was quite bad and our trip from W 27th to EWR took over 2 hours. Our driver got quite agitated about this even though there was nothing that could be done -- it was classic gridlock. His attitude was not helpful. In addition he was an unskilled driver, not unsafe but the "gun and brake" kind. My impression as a first user is that the organization is well operated but it is the driver behind the wheel that makes or breaks it for the company. We tipped your driver well because he had such a miserable driving experience, but I would never want to ride with him again.

I paid to have the driver come into the airport he did not then when he asked if I wanted to add anything to my credit card he said the fee was 40 I had him as an eight dollar tip we had a toll if 8 but the bill totaled 67 so now I'm assuming the extra ten was still tacked on for him to come I which he did not I would like that refunded and I think I'm going to cancel my return trip that was way out of line

I paid extra to be met inside. However, the driver claimed he couldn't find a parking spot and asked that I meet him outside, which I ended up doing. I would like a refund.

I ordered and paid for LUXURY sedan and was picked up in a Toyota Camry. It was clean and he was on time and got me to hotel but a Camry is NOT a luxury sedan. So my only complaint would be that I didn't get what I paid for...

We've used Allstate quite a few times this past year, mostly to get to and from LGA and the city. The drivers are prompt and helpful. The cars are clean. The service has been excellent.

We booked a car (VIP type) from JFK to Lower Manhattan. The car was very dirty and old. The windows weren't cleaned. The leather wasn't well conditioned. No water bottle. No cellphone charger. The driver was playing his very bad Indian music. Adjusted his seat all the way back so I almost had no leg space. He also took a very strange route, which I believe took a lot longer to get there. Will not use this service again.
