“The driver was not friendly and not professional.He was little upset because we have 3pieces luggage (2 were 26" and 1 was 24"). The driver ID on the dashboard was expired since 2016.”

“Everything. The car was sent to wrong address. I noticed that and called, told the right address and was promised a car after 12mins. Went 30mins and I realised the car had not moved. Then I get a call asking where I was! Then another promise for a 10mins more. After 25mins the car comes. Confirmation said, I think, "VIP", this is a Toyota!”

“No instruction was given as to where the driver would meet us. When called customer service was told to get on a shuttle and the shuttle driver would know which stop to take us to. After an hour we found the driver and were told that we never needed to get on the shuttle. Convenient that they had to wait for us and are charging us a fee even though we followed the instruction of their customer service. Car was a bit beat up and driver was unpleasant in the beginning since he was waiting for so long. Became a bit friendlier near the end of the ride. Would not use or recommend this company.”
