“Asked for inside pick up had to locate them outside. Just need to follow up make sure I’m not charged the extra $10. Other than that driver was great very friendly and nice.”

“Driver Rodney arrived on time at Red Hook Cruise Terminal Brooklyn; very helpful and friendly, pointing out landmarks enroute our upper west side hotel. I was initially frustrated by non response from bookings reception several months earlier when I needed to change pickup time; thankfully supervisor ultimately responded.”

“It cost about $35 more than I was expecting (I think I was quoted $45-55 & my total with tip was close to $100) but nice car, nice guy, on time & just what we needed - a quick ride for a family of 4 with luggage to EWR”
