“Despite website and purchase note saying it will ship within 2 days, I wait weeks and get no notification that it's been shipped. Then I follow up and get a poor response to my follow up. I have to follow up on my follow up because 4 days later I've not heard back from All4kids. Then after following up again I finally get advised that it's been shipped (20 days later) No apology, no reason why. Poor customer service.”

“The drawers look good, however we had multiple issues with the quality of the product. The bottom of the large drawers came all stuck together, so when we pulled them apart the paint ripped off. The drawer tracks weren’t in correct position, so my husband needed to take them off and re-put them on. There were dings and marks on the front of the draws which are visible, and some of the screws were missing so we couldn’t finish the change table. I contacted the team and they were very quick to respond, however there was no apology and we are still waiting for the replacement items.”

“It is well made canvas tent great for 3+ kids. Good size, big enough to fit in a cot mattress so can be used for afternoon naps as well. Like the zips on both front and back. relatively easy to set up. A bit pricey though.”
