“very very poor service. i haven't received a local delivery for more than 10 days and not even any notice. I emailed them couple of times to find our and got a reply after couple of days saying that they have to do a warehouse upgrade. which is a lie. And still asking me to wait for another week.”

“We have a weird address due to subdivision, the team reached out to me right after ordering to confirm the address was correct before shipping out, my order was then shipped quickly and updates along the way were shared. We got the kinderfeets tiny tot trike and basket for our little ones 1st bday it arrived well ahead of time and exactly as advertised. Great service thank you!”

“We wanted a budget friendly but stylish change table and found it here. Product came quickly, was good quality and looks great! Also we had an issue with a drawer and the team were great to deal with. They gave quick responses and went out of their way to help! Would highly recommend.”

“Product idea is great for Play Couch. Quality is poor though. Stitches coming apart straight out of the box. Couch doesn’t actually fit together like the photo represents and zips are contrasted, visible and easy to open which isn’t great for a product designed for little kids.”

“Slow postage, over 3 weeks to receive any communication of dispatch. That aside, good quality, beautiful looking and functional Witt the perfect height for nappy changes. However, very bad and limited assembly instructions and took over 4 hours to put together. Required a few alignment adjustments to the drawers tracks as they come attached and were a little off. We changed the handles to more modern ones as the ones that come with it are dated shadowed brass style and didn’t suit our decor. Other than crappy instructions and slow postage, we are very happy with the drawers.”
