“I haven't received my parcel yet and haven't received any updates from your company. I have had to chase up Aramex who are very difficult to contact, apparently it went to Sydney.”

“Perfect for our upcoming wedding, we wanted a nice quiet space for the kids to relax in. Easy to put together and exactly as pictured. Only thing is after joining the poles they are stuck in and the carry bag is too small to fit everything in.”

“Easy enough to fid what I was looking for. Purchased the sweetest set of bedside tables for toddlers. Simple enough to put together and looks brilliant! The kids adore their tables which sits neatly beside their beds.”

“When I received an email about 1 of the chairs that was not available till middle of April, I emailed them back and asked them to send both chairs to my daughters house. They arrived safely and with no damage”

“The draws with change table was poorly made, marks, chips and missing screws on the draw runners were just some of the issues encountered when putting the draws together. If i had seen the quality of the draws in person prior to purchasing i wouldn't have gone ahead with ordering. The draws look ok from a distance, but do not look up close as the faults starts to show. Most likely not directly All4kids fault, however, they import the draws from someone and there does not seem to be any quality control in their products they on sell. The draws look like they have been well loved already instead of new and mark free.”

“Never received order. I had to contact them after a month to follow it up. Got no apology at all, was just given 2 options: refund or chose a different item (what I had ordered was no longer in stock) and the parcel was 'missing'. Shocking customer service.”
