“The tepee I had ordered was out of stock, even though my online purchase went through. However, I bought an alternative tepee and the quality is excellent, but the communication with the sales team could have been better.”

“Hi, although the purchase side of the website was fantastic (easy to use & shipping is prompt) and I will shop with you again. Thank you very much! The website advises delivery will be by Australia post. Upon receiving the tracking number i can see it is actually couriers please. I have to say I am less than impressed with their delivery system and I am lodging a formal complaint with them directly I just thought I’d let you know that I have experienced problems.”
