“I have put my review on trust pilot and received a reply from yourselves. I received a product that I consider was not properly filled originally and it ran out very quickly. After more than 10 years of shopping with all beauty with no complaints and always giving 5 star reviews I was shocked by the rudeness of your response and the implication that, all of a sudden, I was trying to get something for nothing. I was even asked to send a video of the empty container, which is quite a bizarre request and actually proves nothing. I was told I could have 20% refund but that this would never happen in the future. As if I regularly complained. I have decided not to use all beauty any more and have bought my latest products from Sue Shields in Carnforth. I am very offended and quite shocked.”
