Further to your review, we have checked on your tracking page and can see that the Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on the 2nd but unfortunately no one was in. Please login to the Royal Mail with your parcel tracking number where you can view the options to re-arrange delivery or collection. Your tracking number is on your dispatch email and can also be found on your account 'order history' page on our website.

Further to your review, we have checked on your order tracking and this was dispatched on the 25th and shows on Royal Mails tracking page that it was delivered on the 28th. As we have a delivery aim of 2-3 business days for our standard tracked service this arrived within the usual time frame. If you ever require a faster service we do have next day services available for the UK. These can be viewed and selected at our Checkout. Further to your review, our delivery aim for our standard tracked service is 2-3 business days after dispatch. We see from your parcel tracking page that your order arrived on the 3rd day following dispatch so was within our usual time frame. If you ever require a faster service we do have some next day services available including a courier service. These options can be viewed and selected at checkout prior to completing your order.
