“Very disappointed that my order never arrived and I was not given any reason why this did not happen. A member of staff at all beauty was very helpful and has re-ordered my goods. I await to see if this parcel will arrive. Must say I am not very pleased as one item was bought as a birthday present. I have bought from this company many times before and I have never had this dreadful delivery saga”

“Normally I give Allbeauty 5 stars but not today, probably not their fault. Purchased a Clarins product around 10 days ago now and am still awaiting delivery, contacted allbeauty who did get back quickly just to say wait longer. As yet no sign of parcel even though it is supposed to be at the local delivery office.”

“Having used allbeauty many times and been pleased with my purchases this time I was not Ordered 100ml bottle Tom Ford perfume only to find the perfume had either been diluted or it was very old. Having paid over £100 will not be using this site again.”

“Parcel arrived promptly and the item is packaged perfectly to keep it safe ~ thank you allbeauty ~ it makes such a difference when you know it’s going to arrive undamaged! I am a returning customer and I have bought some perfume as a Christmas present ~ I’m sure the recipient will be very happy.”
