“Brutal experience. I placed my order on November 6, 2020 and I still have not received my order. The web site mentioned that it would take 4-6 days to receive my order, which is completely acceptable. Can't say that I would use allbeauty again.”

Further to your review we are very sorry your parcel is taking a little longer than usual to arrive. The majority of our orders dispatched to the United States do arrive within our quoted delivery aim. However during busy period and with the unfortunate current pandemic,on occasion orders can take a little longer to arrive. We have checked on your order and can confirm it was dispatched from our UK warehouse facility on Monday the 9th of November and we can see from your local USA postal service that this in now tracking with an expected delivery date of Wednesday 25th of November.
