“Geen berichten over het niet kunnen leveren. Summiere communicatie. Als klant wil je graag weten waarom je pakket er nog steeds niet is. Na 2 weken nu nog niets ontvangen omdat het product niet voorradig is. Dit weet ik sinds gisteren pas. En ik moet er zelf mee komen. Het voelt absoluut niet goed.”
