We are sorry to hear this and can confirm your order was dispatched on the 14th and is tracking. We send our customers both order confirmation and dispatch emails and these are both sent automatically. Possibly as it's your first order with us your service provider has forwarded these on to your spam/junk folder in error. We also add your tracking number to your order details on your account so you can view your parcel Royal Mail tracking number from the order history page on our website once logged in. We can confirm we received your order on Thursday and your parcel was dispatched from our UK facility the following day on Friday the 13th of November. Deliver to the Netherlands takes on average 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday), following dispatch. Therefore as we are only on the first business day at the moment we would advise allowing a little longer for your parcel to arrive.
