“I have been a shopper on AB for absolute years but recent experience has left me questioning if I'll bother to use again. Parcel was apparently delivered but I received nothing, home all day and wasn't notified it had arrived, contacted All Beauty - had to write a letter, still out of pocket, still none the wiser about my order, and still awaiting a response - customer service / lack of is disappointing.”

Further to your review, we are very sorry to hear that you have not received your latest order. We would always look into any misplaced or lost parcel for our customers. We can see that there is an ongoing investigation into this for you so you will hear back from us with an update very soon. Unfortunately the double Easter Bank holiday has delayed our usual time frames a little and we apologise for any disappointment this may have caused. Hopefully we will have this resolved for you shortly.

Thank you for your review. We note from your local tracking page that a delivery attempt was made by Correos, Spain on the 4th of April and again on the 5th of April. Unfortunately they have marked both of these attempts as unsuccessful as no one was available to accept the delivery. Your parcel is now being held ready for collections at your local Correos office. “Your product prices are competitive, delivery very good, but your Web site while attempting to place an order can be very difficult to use. I have had to give up a few times in sheer frustration and regrettable placed my order elsewhere!!”
