“Allbeauty is Excellent. I have been buying from them for couple years now. Always products are good quality, genuine and with great discount. No matter how small is my purchase it’s always wrapped and packed perfectly with care. And usually in two days my purchases arrive. Their customer service is another league. Honestly they have got it all. Thumbs up. Abi”

“Courier did not leave items in a secure place. Despite directions on delivery instructions. The items are no where to be found and I have been charged for items I’ve never received. I’ve received minimal Support from AllBeauty - which is a shame. I wouldn’t order with them again as they can’t value customer satisfaction, and charge people for items they don’t receive.”

We see that we have replied to your email to offer further assistance and are currently awaiting your response. If you are unable to locate your parcel we will always investigate with Royal Mail directly to see if they have left the parcel with a neighbour or in a Safe Place location for you and simply forgotten to leave a calling card.
