Thank you for your feedback I have checked the tracking on our back end and can see that the parcel is on its way and the most recent tracking entry was for today the 18th of January. The tracking you have should start updating in the next day or two.

“Ordered goods. On receipt of order confirmation email,realised I had used wrong delivery address. My fault. Sent email to correct the mistake, but this was not picked up by you until goods had been dispatched. Goods are now languishing at a Royal Mail facility in Edinburgh, and apparently are unrecoverable.”

“I had a hard time with this order. Transport was frustrated due to weather conditions. My one inquiry was met with a rather bureaucratic response which didn't add any value. The Australian carrier organised a later delivery which was ignored by the driver. All little things but I'd think again before ordering from allbeauty.”

Further to your review, we are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with this order. We can confirm that the delivery aim for parcels delivered to Australia is 10 - 15 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We can see from the tracking that the parcel was delivered within this time frame.
