Further to your review, we can confirm that your order was dispatched from our warehouse in the UK on the 23rd of December. Delivery to Spain is usually around 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). However during this very busy Christmas and New Year season it is taking a little longer for our oversea's parcels to arrive. “I was looking for the perfume Alaia for my wife's Christmas present. Most stores don't stock it, and online the scarcity of supply means that some profiteers have charged up to £250 for a 50ml eau de parfum spray. I found the product in stock at AllBeauty and discounted, such that the 100ml was very good value at under £70. The package was delivered within 2 days and I'm really happy with the giftwrap option too. Many thanks!!”

Further to your review, your parcel left our UK warehouse facility on the 23rd of December. Delivery to Italy is normally around 5 business days, (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays), however during busy times such as Christmas and New Year it can take a little longer for parcels to arrive. If your parcel is not with you within the time frames shown on our FAQs page please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Further to your review, we are sorry to hear you had problems with an offer code. We will ask a supervisor to contact you directly to offer assistance. Normally if your basket meets the criteria for an offer the promotional code concerned has to be applied at checkout when placing the order prior to payment. Unfortunately once completed you would not be able to apply a code retrospectively online.
