“My order was delayed due to circumstances beyond anyones control, after a phone call to there customer services, whom were so professional a replacement was sent out and received within 2 days. Excellent I will definitely being using all beauty as long as the goods I require are stocked.”

“I ordered an expensive bottle of aftershave which was supposed to arrive in 48 hrs - it never arrived and after speaking to Customer Services waited another 3 days after which it didn’t arrive so spoke again to Customer Services who then gave me a refund. It was an anniversary gift - totally unacceptable.”

“I am very disappointed I ordered an aftershave on the 12th October it has still not arrived, speaking to customer services they have checked it for me and re ordered another one, which I have yet to receive! This was for a birthday present so it if it ever does come it will be late, not to mention it was an expensive one .”
