Further to your review I can see that you selected standard delivery on this order and the parcel was dispatched on the 8th of August from our UK warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 4 - 6 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. However parcels can take slightly longer to arrive due to any delays on the way.

Further to your review, we are sorry to hear that your parcel has been taking a little longer to arrive than usual. Most orders are delivered to your destination within 4 - 6 business days. However on occasions, there are delays, so it can take a bit longer for parcels to arrive. We can see from the tracking page that your parcel is in transit to you.
